Educational Qualification: An applicant must have the following qualifications  that are given below: 

1. Graduate Degree in Engineering on Electronics or Telecommunication or Electronics Communication or Electrical and Electronics or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering, from a Government-recognized University/College/Institute. 

OR

2. Master's Degree in Science with Electronics or Computer Science or Physics with Electronics or Electronics & Communication; or Master's Degree in 2 Computer Applications; from a Government-recognized University/College/Institute. 

Note: GATE Code: Applicants must have achieved the qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2023 or 2024, or 2025 in Electronics & Communication(GATE code: EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code: CS).

Age limit: The Applicants must be between 18 to 27 years as of 16th November, 2025. 

Age Relaxation: 

i) The applicant's upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC applicants.

ii) The applicant's upper age limit is relaxable for departmental applicants up to 40 years of age who have rendered 3 years of regular and continuous service. This relaxation applies only to the Central Government. Civilian employees holding civil posts & not applicable only to the Central Government. Civilian employees holding civil posts & not applicable to personnel working in PSUs, Autonomous/Statutory bodies, etc. 

iii) The applicant's age limit is relaxable up to the age of 35 years for UR candidates, 38 years for OBC, and up to 40 years for SC/ST (widows, divorced women, and women judicially separated from their husbands and not remarried).

iv) The applicant's age limit is relaxable for ex-servicemen(ESM) as per the Government instruments in this regard issued by the Central Government from time to time.

v)  The applicant's age limit is relaxable up to a maximum of 5 years for the meritorious sportspersons specified in Para 1 (a) of DoP&AR O.M.No.14015/1/76-Estt.(D),dtd  4.8.1980, as amended from time to time. 

1. Pay Scale: Rs. 44,900 /-  to  Rs. 1,42,400/- in the pay matrix 

2. Plus admissible Central Government allowances.

3. Pay Level is 7.

ii) For Others candidates: Rs 100/- 

Ans: The applicant's age must be between 18 to 27 years as on 16/11/2025.
