Eligibility Criteria


Educational Qualification:


1. Resident Superintendent: 

i) Any woman having a Master's in Law/ Sociology /Social Work/Social Science/Psychology and other similar disciplines with at least 5 years of working experience on women related releveat domains in an administrative set-up with a Government.

OR

ii) Non-Government project/programme and preferably with at least 1 year of experience in counselling either within or outside the same set-up. She should preferably be a resident of the local community. 

2. Office Assistant:  Applicants should possess a graduate with at least 3 years of experience working in handling office documentation-related job with proficiency in working on a computer, at the state or district level with Government or Non-Government organizations. 

3. Multi-Purpose Staff (MPW): Any person who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. A high school pass or equivalent will be preferred.  

4.  Cook: Any person who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. A high school pass or equivalent will be preferred. 

5. Security Guard/Night Guard: Any person having a qualification of HSLC passed or equivalent will be preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputed organisation at the district/state level. He/she should preferably be retired military/paramilitary personnel.

Age limit: The applicants must be a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years of age as of 01.01.2025. 

Age Relaxation

i) For ST/SC candidates: 5 years. 

ii) For OBC candidates: 3 years.

iii) For PWD candidates: 10 years. 


Remuneration Per Month (Fixed)


1. Resident Superintendent: Rs. 21,000/-


2. Office Assistant: Rs. 17,000/-

3. Multi-Purpose Staff (MPW): Rs. 10,500/-

4. Cook: Rs. 10,500/-

5. Security Guard/Night Guard: Rs. 9,000/-

1. The application must be submitted in Standard Form (Assan Gazette Part-IX) by the candidates.


2.  The applicants have to attach 2 recent passport-size photographs along with a duly self-attested copy. 


3. The candidates must mention clearly the name of the post applied for on the envelope.
