Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

1. Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer - The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any subject from recognised University or Institute.

2. Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner - 

i) The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or Institute.

ii) Desirable - The candidates must have a Diploma in Company Law/Labour Laws/Public Administration.

Age Limit:

1. Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer

i) For UR/EWS candidates - 30 years

ii) For OBC candidates - 33 years

iii) For SC/ST candidates - 35 years

iv) For PwBD candidates - 40

2. Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner

Pay Scale

1. Enforcement Officer/Accounts Officer: Level - 08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission).

2. Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner: Level - 10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission).

Duties: The duties are to look after the work of  Enforcement, Recovery, Accounts, Administration, Cash, Legal, Pension and Computer which includes the statutory and administrative functions like conducting an inquiry, settlement of claims, general administration, including maintenance of cash books and reconciliation of bank statements, as well as preparation of MIS returns, etc.

Application Fee:

1. For OBC/EWS/UR candidates - Rs. 25/-

2. For Female/SC/ST/PwBD candidates - Nil

3. Those candidates who wish to apply for both posts have to pay - Rs. 50/-

4. Those candidates who wish to apply for the single post have to pay - Rs. 25/- 

Exam Pattern:

1. Exam mode - Offline (MCQ-based)

2. Duration of exam - 2 hours

3. Medium of the Test - English and Hindi

4. There will be a penalty of  1/3 (one-third) mark for each wrong answer.

3. Developmental Issues and Present Trends in the Indian Economy.

4. Governance and Constitution of India.

5. General Science and Basic Knowledge of Computer Applications.

6. Elementary Mathematics, Statistics and General Mental Ability.

7. Industrial Relations, Labour Laws and Social Security in India.

8. Principles of Accountancy, Auditing and Insurance.

9. Current Events of National and International Importance.

Weightage: The Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) marks and interview marks will be in the ratio of 75:25 for determining the final merit in the instant recruitment cases.

Standard of suitability for the Interview for candidates belonging to various categories is fixed as under: 

1. For General/EWS category - 50 and above

2. For OBC category - 45 and above (on relaxed standards)

3. For SC/ST category - 40 and above (on relaxed standards)
