The  Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Central Selection Board (CSB), has released an official notification, vide no. BTC(E) 50/2021/88, dated May 8, 2025. This notification is in continuation of the  advertisement of CSB BTC issued vide no. CSB/BTC/6/2025/69, dated April 3, 2025, inviting applications from fixed-pay (contractual) employees working in various entrusted departments, BTC Guest Houses and Secretariat for filling up of various entrusted departments of BTC, with pay band, grade pay and other allowances as per ROP, 2017, and admissible government rules. 

Interested and eligible candidates are advised to apply online through the official website. The candidates are advised to go through the advertisement before applying online.

Name of the Post: Grade III and Grade IV

Age Limit

Age relaxation limit for General/OBC/MOBC/SC/ST category candidates for all fixed pay (contractual) employees who have been engaged prior to 30 - 11 - 2019 are as follows: 

1. General category - Maximum upper age limit upto 45 years from 40 years as of 1st January, 2025.

2. OBC/MOBC category - Maximum upper age limit upto 48 years from 43 years as of 1st January, 2025.

3. SC/ST category - Maximum upper age limit upto 50 years from 45 years as of 1st January, 2025.

Other Condition:

Fixed-pay (Contractual) employees only working in various BTC Guest House outside BTC, who do not possess Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by BTC and  who have rendered continuous service for a period of more than 10 years, are required to produce an authenticated certificate issued by the competent authority.

How to apply:

1. The fixed pay (contractual) employees only may submit application online on official website of CSB, BTC.

2. All the educational documents, certificates, and ID proofs are required to be uploaded online at the time of submitting the online application in PDF format only not exceeding a maximum size of 1 MB documents.

3. It is advised to keep the scanned documents ready in soft copy form before applying online.
