1. Candidate must have 3 (Three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology/ Civil & Planning from any technical institute recognized by AICTE.

2. The Diploma course in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology must be a Regular Full time course. Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology obtained through Distance mode of education, by whatever named called, will not be accepted.

1. The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age 

as of  01 - 01 - 2025.

2. The upper age limit is relaxable: 

i) For SC/ST candidates - 5 years i.e. upto 45 years

ii) For OBC/MOBC candidates - 3 years i.e. upto 43 years

iii) For Ex-Servicemen, the maximum age shall be 42 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025 for unreserved category, relaxable further by 3 (Three) years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

iv) Persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR category of candidates as per Govt. Memorandum No. ABP 144/95/121 dated Dispur the 28^th  October, 2015.

3. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Class - X and Class - XII Examination Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Marksheet issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council where Age/Date of Birth (DOB) is clearly reflected.

Residency: The candidates must be a permanent resident of Assam.

 

Scale of Pay: Pay Scale + Grade Pay + Other allowances as admissible to the Assam State Government employees from time to time (per month).

1. Pay Scale - Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-

2. Grade Pay - Rs. 8,700/-

3. Pay Band - 2

As per Govt. notification No. ABP. 69/2019/17, dated Dispur, the 6^th  November/2019, candidates have to submit a declaration regarding "The Small Family Norms" in Form - A at the time of applying for the post.
