Salary:

1. Social Development Specialist - Rs. 50,000/-

2. State Audit Expert - Rs. 40,000/-

3. District Resource Person - Rs. 30,000/-

4. IT Specialist - Rs. 30,000/-

5. Account Cum Office Assistant - Rs. 20,000/-

6. Block Resource Person - Rs. 12,000/- plus TA/DA as per approved rate of ASSA.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Social Development Specialist

i) Educational Qualification: MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.

ii) Age Limit: Maximum age upto 45 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025

iii) Experience: The candidates should have a minimum of  5 years post-qualification working experience in the field of Social Audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those who have work experience in social audit/accountability-related issues.

iv) Engagement Status: The engagement shall be initially for 11 months under ASSA.

v) Placement: The engaged Social Development Specialist will be placed in the State Headquarters of Assam Society for Social Audit, Assam.

2. State Audit Expert

i) Educational Qualification: MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.

ii) Age Limit: Maximum age upto 40 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025

iii) Experience: The candidates should have a minimum of  3 years post-qualification working experience in the field of Social Audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those who have work experience in social audit/accountability-related issues.

iv) Engagement Status: The engagement shall be initially for 11 months under ASSA.

v) Placement: The engaged Social Audit Expert will be placed in the State Headquarters of Assam Society for Social Audit, Assam.

3. District Resource Person

i) Educational Qualification: MA in Sociology/Economics or Master of Social Work.

ii) Age Limit: Maximum age upto 38 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025

iii) Experience: The candidates should have a minimum of  3 years post-qualification working experience in the field of Social Audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those who have work experience in social audit/accountability-related issues.

iv) Engagement Status: The engagement shall be initially for 11 months under ASSA.

v) Placement: The engaged District Resource Person will be placed in any of the vacant positions in the district and is transferable within the state of Assam.

4. IT Specialist

i) Educational Qualification: The candidates should possess B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or Post Graduate degree in Computer Application from any recognized Central University/State University.

ii) Age Limit: Maximum age upto 38 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025

iii) Experience: The candidates should have knowledge of MIS, Software and database development, implementation and maintenance.  Preference will be given to those who have experience in working with any Government Department or the Private sector. 

iv) Engagement Status: The engagement shall be initially for 11 months under ASSA.

v) Placement: The engaged IT Specialist will be placed in the State Headquarters of Assam Society for Social Audit, Assam.

5. Account Cum Office Assistant

i) Educational Qualification: The candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in the Commerce stream from any recognised Central/State University.

ii) Age Limit: Maximum age upto 38 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025

iii) Experience: The candidates should have a minimum of  5 years post-qualification working experience in the field of Social Audit and rights of the poor. Preference will be given to those who have work experience in social audit/accountability-related issues.

iv) Engagement Status: The engagement shall be initially for 11 months under ASSA.

v) Placement: The engaged Account Cum Office Assistant will be placed in the State Headquarters of Assam Society for Social Audit, Assam.

6. Block Resource Person

i) Educational Qualification: The candidates should possess a Graduation in any discipline.

ii) Age Limit: Maximum age upto 38 years as of 01 - 01 - 2025

iii) Experience: The candidates should be prepared to work in any district of the State. He/She should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in any Government Department/Organization or a reputed civil society organization in Assam.

iv) Engagement Status: The engagement shall be initially for 11 months under RGSA project.

v) Placement: The engaged Block Resource Person will be placed in any of the vacant position in the district and is transferable within the State of Assam.

3. Documents to be uploaded-

Mode of Selection

The selection process will consist of Two Phases. 

1. Phase - I: Written test

Syllabus of the written test

i) Subject Knowledge - 50 marks

ii) General Knowledge - 25 marks

iii) General English - 25 marks

2. Phase - II:

i)  Against each vacancy, 3 candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Personal Interview to be held in Guwahati. 

ii) Total marks for the Personal Interview will be 20 marks.
