Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/DEO Grade 'A' Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Ministry of Culture and Staff Selection Commission: The applicants must have passed the 12th standard with Mathematics as a subject in Science stream from a recognized Board or equivalent.

2. For Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and DEO/DEO 'A' (except DEOs in Department/Ministry): Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

3. The candidates who have appeared in their 12th Standard or equivalent examination can also apply; however, they must possess the Essential qualification on or before the cut-off date, i.e. 01-01-2026.

 Age Relaxation:

1. For SC/ST candidates - 5 years.

2. For OBC candidates - 3 years.

3. For PWD (Unreserved) candidates - 10 years.

4. For PWD (OBC) candidates - 13 years.

5. For PWD (SC/ST) candidates - 15 years.

6. For Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates - 03 years after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as of 01-01-2025.

Application Fee:

1. For General/OBC/EWS candidates - Rs. 100/-

2. For SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates - Nil

Pay Scale

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Assistant (JSA) 

i) Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/-

ii) Pay Level - 2

2. Data Entry Operator (DEO)

i) Pay Level - 4: Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/- 

ii) Pay Level - 5 : Rs. 29,200/- to Rs. 92,300/-

3. Data Entry Operator, Grade A, 

i) Pay Scale: Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/-

ii) Pay Level - 4

1. Schedule of Tier-I (Computer-Based Examination): 08-09-2025 to 18-09-2025.

2. Schedule of Tier-II (Computer-Based Examination): February to March 2026.
