Educational Qualification

I. Various positions in ASRLM under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM):

1. State Project Manager (Financial Inclusion) - 

i) The candidates should possess Post-Graduate Degree.

ii) The candidates should possess 7 years Post Qualification in Social/Community Development Sector, out of which at least 2 years should be on relevant domain like Social Mobilisation, Institution Building & Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods, Skills & placement etc.

iii) Age limit - 32 to 45 years.

iv) Salary - Rs. 63,000/- per month.

2. Project Manager (Knowledge Management & Communication) - 

i) The candidates should possess Post-Graduate Degree.

ii) The candidates should possess 5 years Post Qualification experience in Social/Community Development Sector out of which 1 year should be in knowledge Management & Communication.

iii) Age Limit - 30 to 40 years.

iv) Salary - Rs. 49,000/- per month.

3. Accounts Assistant - 

i) The candidates should possess Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce with knowledge of Computer Application and Tally.

ii) The candidates should possess 2 years Post Qualification relevant experience in Accounts/Finance in Government/Private Sector.

11. District MIS Manager -

i) The candidates should possess MCA/M.Sc-IT or BE-Computer Science/B.Tech-Computer Science.

ii) The candidates should possess 2 years Post Qualification experience in MIS related works in Government/Private Sector. The candidates having experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis and online monitoring activities in Social/Community Development projects, working knowledge of data management software will be preferred.

iii) Age Limit - 25 to 40 years.

iv) Salary - Rs. 25,000/- per month.

12. Block Coordinator -

i) The candidates should possess Graduate.

ii) The candidates should possess 1 year Post Qualification experience in Social/Community Development Sector.

iii) Age Limit - 23 to 42 years.

iv) Salary - Rs. 21,560/- per month.

13. Block Accountant -

i) The candidates should possess Graduate Degree in Commerce.

ii) The candidates should possess 1 year Post Qualification experience in Finance/Accounts related works in Government/Private Sector. The candidates having experience in working in Project/Schemes funded by World Bank/GoI or Social/Community Development Sector project will be preferred.

iii) Age Limit - 23 to 40 years

iv) Salary - Rs. 21,000/- per month.

14. Block MIS Executive - 

i) The candidates should possess BCA/B.Sc-IT or BE-Computer Science/B.Tech-Computer Science.

ii) The candidates should possess  1 year Post Qualification experience in MIS related works in Government/Private Sector. Working knowledge of data management software will be desirable.

iii) Age Limit - 23 to 40 years.

iv) Salary - Rs. 21,000/- per month.

1. Domain Expert (Law & Accounts) -

i) The candidates should possess M.Com/Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary. Preference will be given for LLB as an additional qualification.

ii) The candidates should possess 5 years of experience out of which 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, statutory compliance, legal matters, arbitration etc.

iii) Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point etc.

iv) Age Limit - Not more than 40 years.

v) Salary - Rs. 42,000/- per month.

2. FPO Coordinator -

i) The candidates should possess Graduation preferably in Rural Development/Social Work/Agribusiness/Agriculture from a recognized University/Institute. Additional Diploma in Rural Development/Social Work from a recognized University/Institute will be an added advantage.

ii) The candidates should possess 3 years of experience in working with SHGs/Producers Groups/FPOs and their federations. Proven track record in implementing schemes pertaining to promotion of agribusiness activities via Community Institutions such as FPOs/Cooperatives.

iii) Age Limit - Not more than 40 years.

iv) Salary - Rs. 25,000/- per month.
